Pharrell As Dudley Do-Right And 6 Other Grammy Doppelgängers

Grammy night dress had us seeing double.

The Grammy Awards may be over, but we can’t shake the feeling that there was something… Familiar about the whole affair. Take a look at our side-by-side comparisons, and see if you can spot the differences in these Grammy-alikes:

Daft Punk/Stormtroopers

A rumor spread before the Grammys that the night’s big winners would be wearing official “Star Wars” stormtrooper uniforms. And while they didn’t end up donning the garb of the Empire, they did come close enough that they had us staying up all night to get Luke-y.

Madonna/Boss Hogg

Not to take away from a beautiful, emotional moment like Macklemore and Ryan Lewis’ performance of “Same Love,” but didn’t Madge look just like the commissioner of Hazzard County? We half expected Blake Shelton and Willie Nelson to come crashing through the wall in the General Lee.

Pharrell Williams/Dudley Do-Right

Who was the biggest star of the night? Pharrell’s hat, which created a thousand memes. But we know where he really got it from: Canadian Mountie Dudley Do-Right.

Hunter Hayes/King Joffrey

Hayes delivered a powerful set, but it would have been that much better if Tyrion from “Game of Thrones” had entered at the end and slapped him right on the face.

Lorde/Wednesday Addams

Lorde’s black lipstick and constant looking down immediately brought to mind the daughter of Gomez and Morticia Addams. We’d say something about her haircut looking like Cousin It, but we don’t want to be mean. Well, meaner.

Steven Tyler/Captain Jack Sparrow

We’re pretty sure Steven Tyler is slowly turning into Captain Jack Sparrow from the “Pirates of the Caribbean” movies…Unless that was, actually, Johnny Depp on stage. It wasn’t, was it?

Katy Perry, Lorde, Madonna, and Yoko/The Craft

If someone was looking to cast a remake of cult classic “The Craft,” they needed to look no further than the Grammys. Heck, Katy even dressed up as a witch. Case closed.
