What Time Do The Grammys Start?

Show hosted by LL Cool J will begin at 8 p.m. ET

Tonight's 56th annual Grammy Awards will be jam-packed with superstar performances and one-of-a-kind moments, so to make sure you don't miss any of the action, here's all the information you're going to need about the big broadcast.

Start Time

The show from Los Angeles' Staples Center, hosted by LL Cool J, will air live on your local CBS station from 8-11:30 p.m. tonight. If you're setting a DVR, make sure you give it an extra 10-20 minutes, because as we all know, these shows tend to go long. And don't forget, it will be tape-delayed for the west coast.

The Red Carpet

MTV's red carpet livestream coverage
 will kick off at 3 p.m. ET with arrivals and interviews from your favorite nominees and attendees. Among those expected to make the scene are Taylor Swift, seven-time nominees
 Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Kendrick Lamar, Bruno Mars, Katy Perry, Lorde, Justin Timberlake and more.

Join MTV News' Sway, VH1's Jim Shearer and "Girl Code"'s Nicole Byer as they talk music, style and, most importantly, predictions with the stars. The mayhem kicks off Sunday at 3 p.m. ET on MTV.com, VH1.com, CMT.com and LogoTV.com and runs until they kick us out at 8 p.m. ET.
