Watch Emma Roberts Attempt To Seduce John Cusack In New 'Adult World' Trailer

Roberts if joined by Evan Peters and Cloris Leachman in the flick, out on Valentine's Day.

Knock, knock! "Adult World" is calling and Emma Roberts is forced to answer the door in her upcoming indie comedy of the same name.

In the trailer, Roberts plays a struggling poet forced to get a job by her parents, who are tired of paying her bills before she makes it big. (Sounds a bit like the plot to an episode of "Girls." Maybe she might want to ask Hannah for some advice?) Of course, she decides that she will "suffer through this" for her art.

While job hunting she comes across a sign "literally and figuratively" for an open job. As it turns out, that job is at an adult film store run by Cloris Leachman. Reluctantly she takes the gig and there she meets (real-life fianc&233;) Evan Peters, who is the manager of the shop and a potential love interest for the wannabe Sylvia Plath.

Despite the new job, she hasn't yet given up on her poetry career or crush on an older writer, played by John Cusack. "Amy, fame doesn't mean everything. Not everybody's talented, OK?" he shouts at her in the trailer, which premiered on Yahoo! Movies.

When she sees a chance to get her writing published in the erotica world, she heads over to Cusack's apartment to seduce him. He says no, and if a kiss between her and Peters is any indication, she just might end up with him instead.

"Adult World" played at the Tribeca Film Festival last year. IFC Films will release the film in theaters nationwide as well as on VOD and to digital outlets on February 14.

The flick will hit theaters two weeks after the season finale of "American Horror Story: Coven," which currently stars Roberts and Peters. The FX anthology series' season-three finale airs on January 29. In addition to their acting projects together, Peters and Evans got engaged earlier this month.
