Things are heating up on the set of "Fifty Shades of Grey." Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson were spotted on the Vancouver set of the film getting cozy ... for the cameras, of course.
On Thursday, they filmed the bike scene when Jamie's Christian Grey rescues Johnson's Anastasia Steele from almost being hit by a bicyclist. On set, Jaime sported a fitted suit and was photographed lovingly touching Dakota's face. She looked more casual in an army-green jacket and scarf, standing around with Dornan in between shots.
Filming for the highly anticipated adaptation of E L James' bestselling novel kicked off on December 1 after Dornan replaced "Sons of Anarchy" star Charlie Hunnam in the lead role of kinky billionaire Christian. The movie is being directed by Sam Taylor-Wood. Originally slated to hit theaters August 1, 2014, the film will now open February 13, 2015.
The flick also stars Rita Ora, Dylan Neal, Jennifer Ehle, Marcia Harden, Eloise Mumford, Victor Rasuk and Max Martini Callum.
It's a busy holiday season for Dornan. In addition to "Fifty Shades," he recently became a dad. The actor and his wife, Amelia Warner, welcomed a daughter at the end of November.
"I'm a fairly worldly guy," Dornan, a former underwear model, told Entertainment Weekly about the movie's erotic plot. In it, Grey falls in love with naive college student, Anastasia, and brings her into his world of S&M.
"I grew up in a very liberal place," he added. "I'm not saying we had a playroom, but I'm not shocked by [the sex in the book]. It's essential to tell the story. I can't believe films that don't invoke the sexual side of it. So it works for me."
