Dakota Johnson might be exploring the very adult world of S&M in "Fifty Shades of Grey," but in her upcoming flick, "Date And Switch," the actress is exploring another kind of sexuality.
The flick follows two high school seniors, Michael (Nicholas Braun) and Matty (Hunter Cope), who make a pact to lose their virginities by senior prom. However, that all changes after Matty comes out as gay. Johnson plays Em, who, based on the poster, looks like one of their pals.
While Johnson recently dyed her hair brown for her role as Anastasia Steele in "Fifty Shades," she's rocking platinum blonde locks on the "Date And Switch" poster, which also features her co-stars Braun, Cope and Zach Cregger. "Love's all about the right combination," the tagline reads.
The movie will hit theaters and on demand on February 14, 2014. Directed by Chris Nelson from a screenplay by "Parks and Recreation" writer Alan Yang, the flick also stars Sarah Hyland, Gary Cole, "Parks and Rec" star Nick Offerman, "Don't' Trust The B" actress Dreama Walker and Megan Mullally.
In addition to "Fifty Shades" and "Date And Switch," Johnson has several other projects lined up, including "Theo," "Need For Speed" and a modern interpretation of William Shakespeare's "Cymbeline" with Ethan Hawke, Anton Yelchin and Penn Badgley. "Fifty Shades of Grey," co-starring Jaime Dornan as Christian Grey, is slated to hit theaters February 13, 2015.
No word on whether she will get it on in "Date And Switch," but she did recently open up about having to show skin in "Fifty Shades." "Obviously, I want to look good naked," she told Entertainment Weekly in November. "I totally understand now why people exercise, because it kind of f---ing feels awesome."
