'Keeping Up With Kardashians' Trailer: Four Secrets From The New Season

Kimye's proposal was caught by 'KUWTK' cameras for the new season.

Sure, Kanye West didn't get asked to pose with Kim and the family for the Kardashian Christmas card, but he did make the cut in a new trailer for the upcoming season of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

A new super-teaser for the upcoming season premiered Sunday and it gives fans a look at some of the ups and downs the family will face come season nine, premiering on E! sometime in 2014. So, what will fans see? MTV News has rounded up some of the key moments.

'Better As Friends'

After announcing their split back in October, Kris and Bruce Jenner address their separation to their children, telling them, "We're better as friends than we are the other way." The tear-filled family meeting only leaves their children more confused about the breakup.

The Lamar Problem

Some of the most emotional scenes in the trailer feature Khloe trying to cope with the speculation around her marriage to Lamar Odom.

"I have to move on with my life and that means changing a lot," she confesses in the trailer.

Lamar eventually hops on the phone, and the basketball player, who has been scrutinized in the tabloids over the last few months about a rumored drug problem, says, "I would do anything to be accepted back by you guys."

'Ride Or Die'

"We can't control other people; all we can control is ourselves," Kim tells her family during a get-together just moments after telling one of her family members the Kardashians are "ride or die" even in the face of adversity.

"Family united, I agree," Khloe adds. Of course, that's the perfect cue to highlight some of next season's goofy antics, including Scott Disick's karate skills, Kourtney's dance moves and yet another family vacation.

All Kanye Everything

After staying mostly off camera last season, Kanye is also peppered into this next one. The trailer gives fans a glimpse at the construction of Kanye's in-the-works music studio. A mock-up of the studio features all white walls and sparse detailing, perhaps the perfect space to work on his follow-up to Yeezus.

But that's not the only time Yeezy is mentioned. He is also featured at the very end of the preview, smiling and kneeling down on one knee asking Kim to marry him. It's some of the clearest footage from the proposal heard and soon-to-be-seen around the world. Fans even get to see Kim and Kanye share a big, passionate kiss after she says yes.
