Austin Mahone, The Wanted To Anchor Special U.S. Version of 2013 MTV EMA

Fall Out boy, Jason Derulo will also appear on expanded U.S. broadcast on November 10 at 7 p.m. ET/PT.

Yes, the 2013 MTV EMA awards will take place at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam on Sunday (November 10). But U.S. audiences will have plenty of chances to get in on the action.

Viewers in the U.S. will get a front-row seat at an expanded version of the broadcast, which will kick off live from New York at 7 p.m. ET/PT. Hosted by Darren Criss ("Glee"), British singer Cher Lloyd and Andrew Schulz ("Guy Code"), the Stateside kickoff will feature sets from Fall Out Boy, Jason Derulo, the Wanted, EMA backstage host Ariana Grande and Austin Mahone, in his first appearance since a recent hospitalization for a blood clot.

After the warm-up, the 2013 MTV EMA U.S. telecast will then hop overseas to Amsterdam where the main show will feature performances from Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, Kings of Leon, Robin Thicke, Imagine Dragons, Afrojack, the Killers, Snoop Dogg and Icona Pop.

The show will be hosted by LMFAO's Redfoo, with Grande reporting from behind the curtain. Among the night's presenters will be "Anchorman 2" star Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell), Iggy Azalea, Ellie Goulding, Carice van Houten ("Game of Thrones"), Colton Haynes ("Teen Wolf"), Thirty Seconds to Mars singer Jared Leto and singer/actress Bridgit Mendler.

Starting at 3 p.m. ET/PT, Criss, Schulz and Lloyd will break into MTV programming once an hour live from New York to update U.S. fans of all the happenings from the EMA red carpet in Amsterdam.

Fans in the U.S. (and the rest of the world) can vote now for EMA categories such as Best New, Best Live, Best Song, Best Pop, Biggest Fans and more at or on their mobile phones. Voting for EMA categories is open now until 11:59PM CET on November 8.

Also, U.S. fans can now vote using Twitter, Instagram and Vine for the first socially driven award in the show's history, Artist On The Rise using these hashtags: Lorde (#votelorde), Ariana Grande (#votearianagrande), Austin Mahone (#voteaustinmahone), Cher Lloyd (#votecherlloyd), Cody Simpson (#votecodysimpson) and Bridgit Mendler (#votebridgitmendler).

With the EMAs taking place in Amsterdam a few hours before the U.S. airing, the Artists on the Rise award will provide U.S. fans a global stake in the show, with voting open until the big moment where the winner is announced during the U.S. telecast.

Justin Timberlake and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis lead the field of EMA nominees with five nods each, followed by Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Cyrus and Thicke, with four apiece. Taylor Swift, Mars, Thirty Seconds to Mars and One Direction are also in the running for multiple awards.
