“Miley: The Movement” took fans into the studio with Cyrus as she recorded new music, chatted with idol Britney Spears and, of course, pounded the pavement to promote her upcoming album release. And, from the looks of her Smilers’ reactions , they appreciated every minute of it — particularly gossip blogger Perez Hilton, who declared himself vice president of the Movement.
