Lindsay Lohan Books A Major TV Gig

Actress will star alongside baseball wash-out Kenny Powers on HBO's 'Eastbound & Down.'

Lindsay Lohan is on a roll. Just two weeks after leaving a court-ordered 90-day stint in rehab
, the actress has booked her second major TV gig.

With a successful run as a one-night guest host on "Chelsea Lately"
under her belt, Lohan is getting ready to make a major splash on the end run of HBO's "Eastbound & Down" as she tries to rebuild a career
that has suffered after years of legal and substance problems.

Lohan posted a glamorous selfie on Tuesday with the message, "#back@work! So grateful today! :)"

A spokesperson for HBO confirmed that Lohan is shooting some scenes for "Eastbound," though would not give further details on what her role will be on the R-rated sitcom's upcoming fourth and final season. The shoot is reportedly taking place in Wilmington, North Carolina. The show stars Danny McBride as former baseball pitching great Kenny Powers, a hard-partying man with no internal sensor and a bizarre notion of how to raise his illegitimate son.

A source told E! Online that Lohan plays the daughter of one of the show's main characters and that she was filming a wedding scene set many years in the future in which she is the bride. "Eastbound" returns on September 29 for its final run of eight episodes.

Lohan has slowly been re-emerging since her rehab stay, filming a sit-down interview
with Oprah Winfrey scheduled to air on Sunday. Her new film, "The Canyons,"
 is in theaters now.
