B.o.B Wants Fans To Title Third Album: Got Ideas?

Tweet #thirdalbum with your suggestions for his upcoming LP, he tells MTV News.

B.o.B is a busy man. Not only is he working on T.I.’s Hustle Gang label compilation and producing for other artists, he is also recording a rock EP and his third rap album, so you can understand why Bobby Ray hasn’t had the time to come up with a name for his Strange Clouds follow-up. Hopefully, his fans can help him out.

“I don’t have a title for the third LP, but if you want to help me come up with one tweet me @bobatl hashtag #thirdalbum,” B.o.B messaged to his fans when he spoke to MTV News from T.I.’s “Memories Back Then” video set on March 6.

Bob dropped his debut album The Adventures of Bobby Ray in 2010, and thanks to hit singles like “Nothin’ on You” and “Airplanes,” the Atlanta rapper/producer was able to carve out a formidable lane for himself that balanced pop sounds with undeniable rap skill. His 2012 follow-up Strange Clouds followed a similar path, while his mixtapes like No Genre, E.P.I.C. and F— ‘Em We Ball kept B.o.B’s street buzz heavy.

For his next LP, Bobby Ray promises progression. “Musically really I think it’s what you would expect from the whole scope of a B.o.B project, but just more refined. As time goes on I’m getting older, but at the same time I’m 24, I’m still young, I like to party, I like to party,” he said. “I think a lot of my experiences just growing up in the spotlight and being a man and enjoying life are reflected in my work.”

With all that he has going on, you’d think B.o.B would be spreading himself in, but with a total of three projects currently in the works the Grand Hustle star believes his heavy workload will only make him better. “When you take on a lot you really push yourself to perform at an optimal level because of the fact that you can’t waste any time and you’re more efficient with everything,” he said. “I think it’s pulling the best out of me on all ends and I think this will be a tremendous leap for me musically.”

What should B.o.B. name his third album? Let us know and don’t forget to tweet @MTVNews and @Bobatl using the hashtag #thirdalbum!
