Have Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth Called It Quits?

Rumors linger that the two are 'very, very much a part' despite Cyrus' insistence that they are still planning to get married.

Another day, another rumor that Miley Cyrus and fiancé Liam Hemsworth have called it quits.

One week after she [article id="1703147"]denied calling of her wedding[/article] to the "Hunger Games" actor after being photographed [article id="1703243"]without her engagement ring[/article], there's more speculation that Hemsworth has headed home to Australia to spend some time with his family and take a break from Cyrus.

A source tells the New York Post's Page Six that "while Miley has insisted they are still together, right now they are very, very much a part." Another source notes that Cyrus suspected that Hemsworth had a "wandering eye." The Australian actor recently made headlines when he was photographed in a car with "Mad Men" star January Jones at a pre-Oscars bash held at Hollywood's famed Chateau Marmont back in February.

In the wake of all the breakup headlines, Cyrus went on rumor control last week. She tweeted, "I am so sick of La. And sick of the lies that come with it. I didn't call off my wedding. Taking a break from social media. #draining. my new music is gonna shut everyone up. not discussing anything but my music from now on."

Reps for Cyrus and Hemsworth have yet to respond to MTV News' request for comment. [article id="1686645"]The two announced their engagement[/article] last June. The two met on the set of the 2009 Nicholas Sparks flick "The Last Song."

For now, Miley remains mum on the latest rumor. And while fans wait for official word about her current relationship status, her previously announced breakup with Twitter has been short-lived. She's been sure to keep her followers updated on her next project, which she's currently working on with the likes of Pharrell and Mike Will Made It.

"The hype around my record is so crazyyyyy," she tweeted, with Pharrell adding, "Sure is." No word yet on when the [article id="1701942"]album might drop[/article], but Cyrus tweeted on March 10, "so close i can taste it."
