Oscars Red Carpet: You're Invited To MTV News' Live Stream!

Join MTV's Josh Horowitz and VH1's Janell Snowden for a two-hour live stream on Sunday at 5:30 p.m. ET!

The 2013 Oscars are less than a week away, if you can believe it. That means there's no better time than now to do an inventory check. Have you carved out enough time to catch up on the nominees you missed in theaters? Do you have your drink and snack situation ironed out yet? Most importantly of all: What are you watching right before the Oscars start?

If your answer to that last question is anything other than MTV News' Oscar live-stream special, then let us be the first to tell you: You're doing it wrong.

MTV News' Josh Horowitz and VH1's Janell Snowden are teaming up on Sunday for a two-hour live-stream special from the Oscars red carpet. Starting at 5:30 p.m. ET, Horowitz and Snowden will be chatting with all of the hot celebrities attending the 85th annual Academy Awards — nominees and future winners included — and we want you to participate. Got questions for actors and filmmakers you know will be attending this year's Oscars? Leave them for us in the comments section below, or tweet them our way @MTVNews, @JoshuaHorowitz and @JanellSnowden, using the hashtag #OscarNightLive.

And make no mistake, there are going to be plenty of celebrities worth hearing from all night long. Jennifer Lawrence, the queen of the "Hunger Games" franchise, will be on hand as a Best Actress nominee for "Silver Linings Playbook," as will her costar Bradley Cooper. The tremendous ensemble of "Les Miserables" will be there, too. Even music titans like Adele will be in attendance. That's just the tip of the iceberg. If you want to spend some time with these A-listers and more ahead of the big show, then you know there's nowhere else to turn but MTV's Oscars livestream. Don't miss out!

The MTV Movies team has the 2013 Oscars covered! Stick with us for everything you need to know leading up to the awards show, and on Sunday, February 24, tune into MTV.com at 5:30 p.m. ET for our two-hour red-carpet live stream and updates on the night's big winners. To join the live conversation, tweet @MTVNews with the hashtag #OscarNightLive.
