Justin Timberlake's 'Suit & Tie': Do Fans Like The Ensemble?

Fans take to Twitter to give their reviews of the Timbaland-produced track, Timberlake's first in six years.

While Hollywood was handing out some Golden Globes on Sunday night, Justin Timberlake took a vacation from the acting world to give the world what it had waited six years for: music. Late Sunday night, he dropped the Timbaland-produced "Suit & Tie," and to make it even sweeter, he brought Jay-Z along for the musical ride.

While many fans admitted they needed a few more spins to decide where on the spectrum of "SexyBack" the new track falls, they were just excited to hear that Timberlake is making music. "Justin Timberlake's new song 'suit & tie' not what i expected. But not bad. Welcome Back!!" @Ammad_S noted about the release.

@LukeMcFarlane3 welcomed Justin Timberlake back to the music world after a long absence, writing, "JT is back! Been waiting for this guy to come back for ages, so good."

@mzche wrote that "Justin Timberlake's new song 'Suit & Tie' ft. Jay-Z still has to grow on me. I like it, though. #letmeshowyouagoodthing." Sharing a similar sentiment, ‏@HEReinhartFans wrote, "Loving @jtimberlake Suit and Tie more and more everytime I listen to it!"

But, if you need a definitive "this song rules" critique, ‏@ericsaademusic offered one up, noting, "@jtimberlake that's music right there!!!! It's good, different and you! Love it!" @krysjulie added, "Justin Timberlake killed it on Suit and Tie! Cannot wait for the music video."

Fans also took to iTunes to leave some love for the track, the lead single off Timberlake's 2013 album release, The 20/20 Experience. Luis Rodriguez wrote, "I've heard only the preview and I already like it. It's old school JT. Show 'em, put 'em in their place Justin."

Meanwhile, Paxton Ingram added, "This is EXACTLY what we've been missing in music and I'm soo happy and excited that JT is the one bringing it back!!! #SuitandTie."
