Boys Noize Warns 'There's No Escape' On Holy Ship!

Electronic music festival will tour the Caribbean with dancing, poker and DJ lessons. Ahoy!

All aboard! The second Holy Ship! electronic music cruise sets sail across the Caribbean this Friday on the sold-out, 2,550-passenger Italian cruise liner MSC Poesia. Diplo, Justice, Boys Noize and Knife Party will captain the 72-hour nonstop dance voyage among 40 all-star DJs, all ready for fun, sun and a unique festival experience.

"I've never DJed on a ship like this," said Alexander Ridha, also known as Boys Noize, while MTV News caught up with some of the weekend's headlining DJs. "I really look forward to hanging out with all my friends and playing some cool tunes. Plus, we are on a moving boat, so there is no escape!"

The luxury ship embarks from the port of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and sails to Nassau, Bahamas, where it docks for a day. Attendees can roam the island or relax on the beach, free to create their own adventure. From there, the boat launches over to a private island and kicks off a day-time beach party with more bass-thumping sets from the headlining DJs, which also includes A-trak, Jack Beats, 12th Planet, Skream & Benga and Major Lazer. The party continues Sunday night with Dirtybird, Ed Banger and Mad Decent crews dropping beats through sunrise before heading back to Fort Lauderdale on Monday.

For some DJs, Holy Ship! is a much-needed retreat before beginning a new year.

"This has been the busiest year of my life. I've toured to parts of the world that I never thought I would ever see," said Los-Angeles based dubstep DJ 12th Planet. "There is nothing I want more right now than to celebrate that with my friends on a cruise ship in the Bahamas."

Besides delivering three days of electronic music performances and daily excursions, Diplo hosts a scavenger hunt on the 16-story ship, A-trak teaches DJ lessons, Gina Turner instructs yoga sessions and Zedd challenges fans to a poker tournament held inside the casino. The itinerary also includes artist meet and greets along with nightly themed dance parties like "Tight and Bright" and "Ghost Ship" for attendees to dress up and stay spirited.

"I'm really looking forward to Zedd's poker tournament," 12th Planet went on to say, "I'm going to take all of their money!"

Boys Noize also revealed some surprises about his performance.

"I will play a very special DJ set," he said. "I just found an old bootleg of the 'Loveboat' theme song that I think I'll drop!"
