Lil Wayne may be down, but the YMCMB superstar is definitely not out. While reports concerning Weezy's health continue to swirl, Tunechi put some of the speculation to rest Saturday (October 27) with a single tweet.a
"Thanx for all prayers! I am good," Wayne wrote.

It all started Thursday when the "A Milli" MC's private jet had to make an emergency landing in Texas. Early reports Friday pointed to [article id="1696290"]seizure-like symptoms[/article], but an official statement from Wayne's rep said the multiplatinum rap juggernaut suffered from a severe migraine and dehydration.
All seemed well, until it was reported that [article id="1696352"]Weezy suffered a second seizure[/article] Friday, but a source reiterated to MTV News that a severe migraine was the cause — the same type of migraine that forced Wayne to cancel a 2009 European tour.
While many questions still linger, the tweet from Wayne's account is a positive sign that the rapper is on the mend. His buddy [article id="1696375"]2 Chainz confirmed[/article] that the Young Money head honcho is doing just fine. "I talked to him last night before y'all heard about anything, so he's straight," Deuce told MTV News on Friday night at [article id="1696374"]Philadelphia's annual Powerhouse concert[/article].
Meek Mill, another of Weezy's rap friends, said he intends to reach out to his pal. "I didn't get a chance to check in with Lil Wayne. You know, he has probably a million people checking in with him at the same time," Meek said. "When I see him, I'll make sure he's good. Wayne, that's the homey."
