Britney Spears Learns Psy's 'Gangnam Style' On Ellen

Britney's wish is Ellen DeGeneres' command, as 'X Factor' judge meets Psy after tweeting about his dance.

His infectious dance has taken over pop culture, and in just over a month, this overnight sensation has racked up more than 143 million YouTube views to date. Of course we are talking about none other than Psy's "Gangnam Style."

The song, and dance, has become so universally known that it seems that just about everyone wants to get on board, including new "X Factor" judge Britney Spears.

"I am LOVING this video - so fun! Thinking that I should possibly learn the choreography," Spears tweeted about the video last month. "Anybody wanna teach me?! Haha"

Ask, and you shall receive, Britney! During an appearance on the "Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Tuesday (September 11) with fellow judge Simon Cowell, on the "Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Tuesday, the talk show host surprised the pop star with an appearance from Psy.

Spears, who looked quite stunned at his arrival, was enthusiastically ready to learn the dance, exclaiming, "Show me!"

Psy, otherwise known as "The Bizarre Singer" in his homeland of Korea, insisted Spears keep on her sky-high nude pumps to dance, since his "sense of the dance is to dress classy and dance cheesy." Not surprisingly, Spears and DeGeneres both mastered the dance moves.

Psy, who appeared at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards recently, signed on with Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun to Schoolboy Records.

"I cannot believe what's going on," Psy told MTV News backstage at the VMAs. The increase [in people knowing who I am] is incredible. I did not expect things like this. I just made a video in Korea and uploaded it and within 50 days, I'm here now."

Psy who revealed he will be spending more time in the U.S. before heading into the studio, said that his upcoming album could feature songs in both Korean and English, but insisted that he will be doing it all on his own.

"Actually, I'm composing and producing it myself, so I don't need anyone," he said.
