First photos of Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied from their wedding on Saturday show the couple in the midst of saying their "I Do's" in front of family and friends in Big Sur, California.
In one photo, the newlyweds stand side-by-side, surrounded by trees and bushes, smiling with each other. Portman wore a lacy white dress with floral detailing and a veil with a flower headband. She wore her hair down. The groom, standing right near his bride, sported a navy blue tux and tie.
In other photos, posted on JustJared.com, fans catch a glimpse of Portman's entire tea-length wedding dress. In another shot, the smiling couple holds hands while donning a Tallit prayer shawl. The couple had a Jewish ceremony and reportedly said their vows in the dark. In one more photo, they stand together, surrounded by their wedding guests.
Portman and her ballet-dancing beau met on set of the Darren Aronofsky film "Black Swan." They began dating in 2010 and became engaged later that year, when they also announced they were expecting their first child. The Oscar-winner gave birth to their son, Aleph, in June 2011.
"The weird thing is ... people knowing something that is so private but, I mean, you get used to that," she explained to MTV News in early 2011 about letting fans into her personal life. "It's just wild to walk down the street and have a complete stranger be like, 'Congratulations!' It's so nice, but it's a new experience to have people know that much about your most private things. It's all good."
