A Twitter user claiming to be "an anonymous Lollapalooza insider" has begun leaking the supposed lineup for the 2012 fest, a move that has so angered Lolla mastermind Perry Farrell that he's hitting below the belt.
It all began earlier this month, when the

Then, in subsequent tweets, @LollaLeaks revealed even more headliners, a list that supposedly features Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers, the Killers, Beck and Sonic Youth, who would be performing their final show.
Of course, it was right around that time that Lollapalooza co-founder Farrell caught wind of the account and began a rather nasty war of words with whomever was behind it. He vaguely compared @LollaLeaks to both a sex offender and "a red tick," and finally delivered a punishing low blow, writing, "You must have a small penis." (Jim DeRogatis got off easy, it would seem.)

In the days since that verbal sparring, the @LollaLeaks account has continued revealing acts on the bill (YACHT, the Big Pink, Wild Flag, Ben Folds Five), though Farrell has seemingly moved on, giving sartorial advice and pining for sleep. A spokesperson for Lollapalooza did not have any comment on the leaker, but told MTV News that "the real lineup will be revealed in early April."
