Megan Fox Marries Brian Austin Green In Hawaii

Though Fox had said they'd wait 'years' before tying the knot, they married in a quiet ceremony last week.

You'd think it would be a little harder for one of the most-watched young actresses in Hollywood to pull off a surprise, but according to TMZ, former "Transformers" star Megan Fox, 24, got married last Thursday to longtime boyfriend Brian Austin Green in Hawaii.

A rep for Green, 36, confirmed to TMZ that the two tied the knot in a quiet ceremony at the Four Seasons Resort on Hawaii's Big Island. Details on the nuptials are virtually nonexistent, other than the fact that Green's 8-year-old son, Kassius, from a previous relationship, gave away his dad and that only about half a dozen people were in attendance.

It is the first marriage for both [article id="1641674"]Green and Fox, who recently got re-engaged[/article] at the same hotel on June 1. Though some reports said they had called off their first engagement four years ago, [article id="1641916"]Fox told reporters[/article] earlier this month that they'd been engaged this whole time. She also, however, swore that she and [article id="1641877"]Green wouldn't get married for "years."[/article]

The couple, who have tattoos of each other's names and share custody of a potbellied pig, dogs, two cats, two birds and a squirrel, first [article id="1641712"]met in 2004 on the set of "Hope & Faith"[/article] and have dated on and off ever since. [article id="1610660"]Fox has been vocal[/article] about her preference for older men. "Boys in their 20s are a waste of time," she explained to Elle. "They have nothing to offer conversationally. They're immature. I feel like I have a better shot with someone in his 30s."
