Shannen Doherty Voted Off 'Dancing With The Stars'

'I think that dancing isn't really my thing,' actress said after being eliminated on Tuesday night.

On Monday night's "Dancing With the Stars," [article id="1635019"]Nicole Scherzinger[/article] proved nearly infallible by scoring highest with a 28. Shannen Doherty did not do as well, and on Tuesday night the actress became the first contestant voted off the show.

Before finding out she would be dancing no more, she and Pam Anderson found themselves in the bottom two. Anderson will live to shimmy another week, unlike Doherty, who scored a 20 on Monday night. But the former "Beverly Hills 90210" star seemed to take it all in stride, saying, "I think that dancing isn't really my thing. I'm an actor and it's what I love to do. I did this for my dad, and I did exactly what I wanted. And I think it's fate -- my partner is hurt."

Viewers learned that if Doherty had remained on the show, her partner, Mark Ballas, who was injured, would be off the show for six weeks and would be replaced by his dad, Corky. Doherty added, "To be honest, I wouldn't want to go on without Mark."

On Tuesday night's episode, the Beach Boys performed with former "Full House" star John Stamos. The band, with the actor on guitar, bongo and drums, played hits including "Kokomo" and "California Girls" while the pros hit the floor.

target="_blank">Stamos tweeted, "Great experience on DWTS. An honor to play with my heroes and much respect to the dancers and crew that were so cool to us."
