Joe Jonas seems to be actively pursuing his acting career. The [artist id="2088128"]Jonas Brother[/artist] is now attached to a two-episode arc on the ABC drama "Brothers & Sisters," according to E! News.

Jonas will reportedly play the younger version of Balthazar Getty's character, Tommy, in two episodes that, through flashbacks, will examine the history of the Walker family. ABC has not confirmed the casting yet, and a rep for Jonas had not responded to MTV News' request for comment at press time.

Jonas hasn't been shy about wanting a career in Hollywood. He's had roles in the "Camp Rock" movie franchise and on his Disney TV show, "JONAS." Last year he was attached to "Valentine's Day," but ultimately couldn't join the cast of the romantic comedy due to scheduling conflicts.

He told MTV News recently that he's actively seeking out acting work, saying that he would "hopefully someday soon act, which should be cool — a little more acting, which would be awesome."

So who might star alongside the Jonas Brother on the small screen? E! also reports that Rachael Leigh Cook is in the running to play the younger version of the show's matriarch, Nora Walker (Sally Field). Also in contention for the role are "Dexter" 's Courtney Ford and Nora Zehetner from "Grey's Anatomy."

Other actors attached to the episodes include Kay Panabaker from "Fame," who will play a young Kitty (Calista Flockhart), Anna Wood as Sarah (Rachel Griffiths) and Kasey Campbell as Kevin (Matthew Rhys).
