Now that we've gotten to know more about this year's [article id="1629370"]female[/article] and [article id="1629461"]male Pop Week rookies[/article], it's time to see what the more established celebs will be up to in 2010. What will female MVPs like Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus and Kristen Stewart be doing to pass the time in the coming 12 months? MTV News investigates.
Hails From: Santa Barbara, California
In 2009: Perry [article id="1625663"]hosted the MTV Europe Music Awards[/article], shared the stage with [article id="1629147"]future fiancé Russell Brand[/article] at the VMAs and [article id="1604541"]performed at the Grammy Awards[/article]. She also was [article id="1627492"]nominated for another Grammy[/article] and collaborated with [article id="1624623"]3OH!3 on their song "Starstrukk."[/article]
What She's Up to in 2010: She just got [article id="1629130"]engaged to Brand[/article] and is currently in the studio working on her new album. She's already hooked up with [article id="1629419"]Max Martin, Dr. Luke[/article] and [article id="1623880"]Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo[/article] for the album, which she promises will be different from One of the Boys. On January 27, Perry will appear as a [article id="1622076"]guest judge on "American Idol,"[/article] and on January 31, we'll see if she can collect on that Grammy.
Choice Quote: "I'm doing my record as 'Lovefool' by the Cardigans and Ace of Base," Perry said of her upcoming album. "I want to make songs that people want to hold hands and roller skate to."
Hails From: Los Angeles
In 2009: She ruled the box office with "New Moon" and dominated gossip blogs, thanks to all the rumors about her relationship with co-star Robert Pattinson. She had everyone talking about her look and her personal life and she insisted that fans, and the media, should focus more on her work than her persona.

Why She'll Be Huge in 2010: As if releasing [article id="1626709"]"Twilight Saga: Eclipse"[/article] in June isn't enough to have everyone excited, she's in two more buzzed-about flicks: She'll reteam with Dakota Fanning for the rock biopic [article id="1628418"]"The Runaways,"[/article] and she's going to get edgier playing a stripper in [article id="1627585"]"Welcome to the Rileys."[/article]
Choice Quote: "I'm, like, vibrating," Stewart said about her turn as the legendary Joan Jett in "The Runaways." "I'm just so excited about that movie."
Hails From: Nashville
In 2009: She released the EP Time of Our Lives and took over the airwaves with her hit "Party in the U.S.A." She also [article id="1623411"]quit Twitter[/article], was a hit at the box office with "Hannah Montana: The Movie," went on a successful tour and had everyone talking about her relationship with ex Nick Jonas and her [article id="1617968"]controversial performance at the Teen Choice Awards[/article].
What She's Up to in 2010: She announced she'll be [article id="1629314"]ending "Hannah Montana"[/article] after season four, but with a year left in the series, fans shouldn't expect her to go anywhere on the small screen. She's set to release her more mature flick, "The Last Song," in which she plays rebellious teen Veronica Miller, in April. She'll also make [article id="1624143"]a cameo in the sequel to the "Sex and the City" movie[/article] this spring. Plus, she's hard at work on some new music, which she says will be very different from her signature pop sound.
Choice Quote: "I changed a lot when I was in Tybee Island [Georgia, filming 'Last Song']. I feel like art really does imitate life," she said. "So just showing this movie, I feel like I'm really showing a part of my growth as a person as well. So I'm really excited for people to see it, just because of what it means to me, personally."
