The girls who'll face down Miley for Favorite TV Actress include Miranda Cosgrove ("iCarly"), [artist id="3079282"]Selena Gomez[/artist] ("Wizards of Waverly Place") and America Ferrera ("Ugly Betty"). Brothers Dylan and Cole Sprouse each garnered a Favorite TV Actor nomination for their work on "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody," and they'll be competing with Nat Wolff of "The Naked Brothers Band" and Jason Lee for "My Name Is Earl."

Fans will have a chance to vote for their choices starting March 2.
