Good Charlotte Roll Out U.S. Tour Dates For Still-Untitled Fourth LP

Jaunt begins September 27 in San Francisco.

They may not have selected a title or a firm release date for it yet, but that hasn’t stopped Good Charlotte from announcing a slew of tour dates in anticipation of their fourth album.

The trek kicks off on September 27 at the Fillmore in San Francisco and wraps on October 22 with a gig at Sonar in Baltimore (which kinda makes it a homecoming gig for the GC guys, whose hometown is Waldorf, Maryland). Glammy Nashville pop punks and You Hear It First band the Pink Spiders will serve as support on all dates (see “You Hear It First: Pink Spiders”).

The tour announcement comes a little more than a month after news of GC’s upcoming album first broke (see “Good Charlotte Busy Blogging, Making Acronyms, Cranking Out Demos For Fourth LP” ). In the weeks following the announcement, a publicist for the band confirmed that the still-untitled album would be in stores in early 2007, and that songs set to appear on the disc include “Misery” and “Victims of Love.”
