Punk folkie Ani DiFranco will make her cartoon debut on May 10 when she cameos on the Sunday night FOX network hit "King of the Hill" as the voice of feminist rocker "Emily." The Mother's Day episode, "Peggy's Turtle Song," also features a vocal cameo from the late country legend Tammy Wynette, who passed away last month from a blood clot on her lung. According to an e-mail from her management office, DiFranco plays a character not unlike her public persona, with "spiky little dreadlocks, a bare midriff and these stompy boots."
