The show must go on — even if it's without Eminem.
50 Cent has decided to soldier on in the wake of his Anger Management 3 tour mate's cancellation with a European tour of his own, his label announced Wednesday (August 17).
Eminem was due to headline the European leg of Anger Management, which was to begin September 1 in Hamburg, Germany, but he pulled out Tuesday citing medical issues (see [article id="1507755"]"Eminem Cancels European Tour Due To Exhaustion"[/article]).
50's replacement tour won't have the same dates and venues, but "plans are moving ahead for a string of shows this fall," Interscope spokesperson Yvette Gayle said. "50 is eager to see his fans and looks forward to giving them an exciting performance."
A new tour itinerary will be forthcoming as soon as the schedule is confirmed. Akon will be joining 50 on the tour, according to a Universal Records spokesperson.
