Paul Simon's "Capeman" Closes

Singer/songwriter Paul Simon's $11 million Broadway debut musical, "The Capeman," will close on March 28 after only 68 performances. The troubled musical, based on a real-life 1950s double-murder, drew the ire of the Hispanic community, which took issue with the show's portrayal of Hispanic Americans. Reuters reports that the show, which was years in the making and churned through four directors and two choreographers before its late January opening, is quite possibly the biggest flop in Broadway history.
