Lindsay Lohan Sued For Traffic Accident

Accident occurred in August; suit filed Wednesday.

Lindsay Lohan may play a racecar driver in her upcoming movie, "Herbie: Fully Loaded," but there are two Los Angeles motorists who think her real-life driving skills are not up to par.

A personal-injury suit was filed against Lohan on Wednesday by Eddie Pamilton and Ilex Harris, who claim the actress injured them in a traffic accident that took place last year, according to The Associated Press.

The suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, claims that on August 3 of last year, Lohan was driving in Studio City when she hit Pamilton's car. Pamilton and Ilex claim they have since suffered "pain, discomfort and physical disability," and are seeking unspecified damages as well as compensation for medical expenses and lost income.

A spokesperson for Lohan had not returned calls at press time.
