50 Cent's Album Hitting Stores Sooner Than Planned

Rapper's Get Rich or Die Tryin' to hit stores February 6 instead of February 11.

50 Cent's about to find out sooner than expected if he'll Get Rich or Die Tryin'.

The release date for the highly anticipated album has been pushed up from February 11 to February 6 as a result of bootlegs that began circulating on Thursday.

Get Rich or Die Tryin' has generated buzz since the initial revelation that Eminem and Dr. Dre would be part of the project. And 50 has further built interest by dropping popular videos for "Wanksta" and "In Da Club," as well as bombarding the mixtape circuit.

The rapper's next mixtape cut will be a collaboration with Tupac Shakur courtesy of DJ Whoo Kid (see "50 Cent, Tupac Collabo Track To Hit Mixtape Circuit"). In the meantime, 50 is on a promo tour with the G-Unit and their newest affiliate, Wuteva, who is filling in for the jailed Tony Ya-Yo and signed to producer Rockwilder's Muzik Park Records.
