New Releases: Ja Rule, Audioslave, Craig David, Matchbox 20, Mudvayne, Toni Braxton & More

Ja Rule’s latest creation, The Last Temptation, tops the new release list this week. The album, hailed as Ja Rule’s return to the streets, features guest spots by Bobby Brown, Ashanti, Nas, and Murder Inc. newcomer Alexi.

Audioslave, the new band featuring members of Rage Against the Machine and Soundgarden’s Chris Cornell, premiere their self-titled debut album alongside another notable debut: Whip it On by upcoming “It” band the Raveonettes.

Bringing up the hip-hop underground, Talib Kweli presents Quality, Dead Prez issue Turn off the Radio and Canibus makes a come-back with Mic Check: The Curriculum.

Slicker Than Your Average, the follow-up to DJ turned singer Craig David’s first album, Born to Do it, shares shelf space with country crooner Shania Twain’s Up!

And if that’s not enough, there’s always more: Matchbox Twenty’s More Than You Think You Are and Toni Braxton’s More Than a Woman.
