Barcelona is a wonderfully cultural city thriving with astounding architecture, gorgeous beaches, exotic food and colorful music. The city will buzz with even more musical energy than usual on November 14 at Palau Sant Jordi when a who's who of international rock and pop stars will present and perform at the 2002 MTV Europe Music Awards.
The latest additions to the performance roster are Foo Fighters, Moby and Whitney Houston, who was last seen onstage duetting with Mary J. Blige in May at the VH1 Divas Las Vegas. Christina Aguilera, Coldplay, Enrique Iglesias, Pink, Robbie Williams and Wyclef Jean will also perform.
P. Diddy will host the ceremony (see "Eminem, Pink, Shakira Nab Most Noms For MTV Europe Music Awards") and presenters will include a mix of familiar musicians such as Kylie Minogue, the Calling, Nick Carter, Kelis, Papa Roach, Pet Shop Boys and Pharrell Williams. Actors including Halle Berry and Pierce Brosnan will also present, as will Ms Dynamite, Sugababes, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Ronan Keating, Esther Canadas, Holly Valance and Tiziano Ferro.
