Ja Rule, Bobby Brown Bored With Their Honeys, Take To Streets Of L.A.

'Thug Lovin' ' shoot taking place Tuesday in downtown Los Angeles.

Shooting on the new Ja Rule video, “Thug Lovin’,” began Tuesday in Los Angeles. The video’s director, Irv Gotti, plans to shut down part of the downtown area for a performance scene featuring Rule and the song’s co-star, Bobby Brown, according to a spokesperson for Murder Inc.

The two mic maestros won’t be alone in Cali — a trailer load of gorgeous video vixens as well as some of the most flossy hot wheels are scheduled to appear to enhance the backdrop (see “Ja Rule, Bobby Brown Team Up For ’Thug Lovin’ ’ “ ). Ja and Bob won’t be limited to the ground, however: Expect to see shots of them singing and rapping as they soar in a helicopter.

Not bad for a night out on the town. In the video, the duo decide to take it to the streets after a night at home with their honeys gets boring.

Rule recently wrapped up production on The Last Temptation, due November 19. Chink Santana and Irv Gotti produced most of it, and Bobby Brown, Ashanti and Mary J. Blige make guest appearances.
