Wu-Tang Clan will perform with Mobb Deep, Fat Joe and Redman on May 17 at the Sovereign Bank Arena in Trenton, New Jersey, as part of a literacy tour to raise money to buy books for children, according to a spokesperson for the RZA. There is no word on how long the tour will last or which, if any, of the other acts will participate for the remainder of the outings. … Cake, Flaming Lips and De La Soul are among the artists slated for the Unlimited Sunlight 2002 tour, scheduled to launch in mid-July. Other groups participating in what is being planned as a five-week trek are Modest Mouse and the Hacksaw Boys. …

While Pink‘s music isn’t just for kids, her song “Get the Party Started” was named Favorite Song at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday.
