Zack De La Rocha Joining Blackalicious On Blazing Arrow

Former Rage Against the Machine frontman one of several guests on major-label debut from the San Francisco rappers.

While there's no word yet on when Zack de la Rocha's post-Rage Against the Machine

solo album will be released, fans can expect to hear the lyricist next

month collaborating with Blackalicious.

De la Rocha is one of several guests on Blazing Arrow, the major-label debut from the San Francisco rappers, due April 30.

Others joining Chief Xcel and the Gift of Gab are roots rocker Ben Harper,

the Roots' ?uestlove, Jurassic 5's Chali 2Na and Cut Chemist, DJ Shadow,

Cibo Matto's Miho Hatori and beat poets Saul Williams and Gil Scott-Heron.

Blackalicious filmed the video for the record's first single, "Make You Feel

That Way," in Los Angeles last month. Shadow, a former labelmate at

Solesides who contributes on the song, Jurassic 5 and Dilated Peoples all

have cameos in the clip.

De la Rocha is expected to release his solo album this year. Dan "The
