For the eighth straight year, the sounds of classic rock will echo through Wisconsin's north woods, as Blue Öyster Cult, Jethro Tull, Lynyrd Skynyrd and others descend upon the small town of Cadott in July for Rock Fest.
The lineup for the five-day festival is still growing, but so far it also features Jackyl, Bad Company, Pat Benatar, Queensrÿche and Slaughter. It's not all power chords and spandex, though pop balladeers Air Supply and folk-rockers America are also set to perform.
The festival, which takes place on 320 acres of campgrounds and an outdoor amphitheater, drew more than 40,000 fans last year and featured the Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band and Sammy Hagar.
Tickets and campground reservations for this year's event, which takes place July 1922, are available by calling 1-800-326-3378.
