Buckcherry are taking a break from ridin' a tour bus to shoot a video for "Ridin'" the song the first single from the band's soon-to-be-released second album, Time Bomb.
The band had been touring the eastern U.S., but flew to Los Angeles on Sunday, a day after playing with Kid Rock and Fuel in Michigan.
"Ridin'" is getting the video treatment from director Marcos Siega, who also handled the Grammy-nominated "Broken Home" for Papa Roach as well as clips for Blink-182, P.O.D. and Sevendust (see the MTV News Online feature [article id="1374841"]"Marcos Siega: The Rock Guy"[/article]).
A band spokesperson described Monday's shoot as a party scene with Buckcherry performing on a New York street set on the Paramount Studios lot. The group was scheduled to finish filming on Tuesday (February 6) at the Hollywood Center Studios.
Buckcherry will resume touring with a show on Thursday supporting Fuel in Houston. Time Bomb, due March 27, is the follow-up to 1999's gold album Buckcherry, which featured the hit "Lit Up."
