Outkast Cancel European Dates

Duo axes six dates so Big Boi can be Stateside for birth of his child.

Just like the character in their hit single "Ms. Jackson," Outkast's Big Boi is going to be there for his baby.

The Atlanta hip-hop duo has canceled six European dates so Big Boi can be in the United States when his child is born, according to Billboard.

Five of the dates were opening slots for Eminem; the sixth was a solo outing on February 11 in London. Outkast are scheduled to kick off a North American tour with Ludacris and Slimm Calhoun, the first act signed to the duo's Aquemini label, on February 28.

"Ms. Jackson," the second single from Outkast's Stankonia, sits at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart, and #1 on the magazine's Hot Rap Singles chart.
