Rancid, Pennywise and Less Than Jake are among the first crop of bands confirmed for this summer's Vans Warped Tour, according to a source close to the annual outing.

Other bands scheduled to perform at the 7th annual skate-punk/extreme sports excursion include H20, FenixTX, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, the Vandals Alien Ant Farm, AFI and New Found Glory, according to each group's spokespeople.

Though an itinerary for the excursion is far from confirmed, the tour traditionally kicks off in early July.

Last year's outing featured co-headliners Green Day and the Mighty Mighty Bosstones along with Papa Roach, Long Beach Dub Allstars, Snapcase and the Suicide Machines, among others.
