Neil Young Concert Film Premieres

May 8 [14:00 EST] -- Neil Young, who on Tuesday became a two-time Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame inductee (though a no-show at the ceremony), and his band Crazy Horse arrive on the big screen Thursday night.

The band is the centerpiece of director Jim Jarmusch's film "Year of the Horse," which premieres at the San Francisco Film Festival.

Jarmusch, who directed Johnny Depp in 1996's "Dead Man," incorporates performances from the band's tour last year, plus footage of Young and Crazy Horse performing in London in 1971.
