December 1 [12:15 EDT] -- U2's Pop Mart extravaganza will make a stop in Mexico City on Wednesday. But to add a new twist, the concert will be broadcast live at 11 p.m. EDT in a simulcast on MTV and Showtime.
MTV and Showtime (who both conveniently happen to fall beneath the Viacom umbrella) will air forty-five minutes of the show, while Showtime will go on to air the remaining ninety minutes of the approximately two hour and fifteen minute show from the Foro Sol Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez Stadium.
Fans can expect to see the four-man Irish band to perform oldies but goodies like "Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For," "With Or Without You," "I Will Follow," [1MB QuickTime] and newer songs like "Discotheque," "Staring At The Sun," "Last Night On Earth," and "Please" from their "Pop" album.
Showtime will re-air the concert Sunday at 7 p.m. EDT.
