Stone Temple Pilots singer Scott Weiland will be in Manhattan Criminal Court on Wednesday facing charges of heroin possession and trespassing.

The singer, who was arrested on June 1 during his solo tour, just completed 90 days of court-ordered rehabilitation for his addiction.

As we reported earlier this year (see [article id="1434666"]"Scott Weiland Arrested In Heroin Bust"[/article]), the singer was picked up on Manhattan's Lower East Side by New York police who claim Weiland was holding 10 decks (or $10 packets) of heroin at the time.
