Spice Girls Top Singles Charts

Feb. 13 [13:30 EST] -- The saucy Brit-pop dance outfit known as the Spice Girls and their hit "Wannabe" will hold the number one spot on "Billboard's" singles chart when the magazine is released next week.

The five glittery singers jumped from two to one on the chart, and have now topped 23 charts around the world according to their record label. The song snapped Toni Braxton's 11-week stand at number one with "Un-Break My Heart."

The Spice Girls' debut album "Spice" was released last week, and you can expect to see a lot more of them as they take part in MTV's spring break festivities next month, in Panama City, Florida.

On the album chart, No Doubt wrestled back control of number one, as the soundtrack to the new Tupac Shakur film "Gridlock'd" dropped to number two.
