Britney Pulls Plug On Denver Gig, Moves L.A. Shows

Britney Spears' live show is just too big for the Mile High City.

Spears has been forced to cancel plans for a sold-out July 26 show at Red Rocks Amphitheater because her stage production is too large for the venue, according to the concert's promoters, SFX Entertainment.

The scale of the teen singer's touring spectacle has also caused a July 31 concert planned for Los Angeles' Hollywood Bowl to be moved to the Great Western Forum, with a new date at the same venue added for July 30.

SFX says that there are currently no plans to reschedule or relocate the Denver show, which had sold out its 9,000 tickets shortly after the concert was first announced in February.

Tickets to Spears' summer outing are still available through a special online auction at MTV.com, the proceeds for which will be donated to a pair of charity organizations:

Musicians On Call and The Britney Spears Foundation.
