Police Say Rolling Stones Fan Drunk At Time Of Death

December 5 [7:55 EDT] -- A Rolling Stones fan who fell to his death at a concert by that group Tuesday night was legally drunk, according to police.

As we first reported on Wednesday, 31-year-old Eric Zylema was dancing on a railing during the Stones performance at Pontiac Silverdome outside of Detroit, Michigan Tuesday night when he slipped and fell 23 feet to his death.

Police now say that Zylema's blood alcohol level was .21, three times the legal limit for driving.

The news comes just as the Stones have announced a new stretch of tour dates that will see the band trek across Europe next year. The band will start the European leg of its "Bridges To Babylon" tour on May 22 in Berlin, and will play dates on the continent through August.
