The Rolling Stones have rescheduled the two San Jose concerts cancelled late last month when Mick Jagger caught a flu bug. Tickets for the January 29 show will be honored on April 19, while the January 30 tickets will be accepted on April 20. The appearances are again scheduled for the San Jose Arena. The tour had originally been slated to wrap up in Chicago April 12.
The opening act is still a mystery. Bryan Adams had been booked on the original bill (with a rumored appearance by Mel C of the Spice Girls), but a management spokesperson for Adams told MTV News they were unaware of the rescheduled dates. Spokespeople for the tour promoters and the Rolling Stones were not immediately available for comment.
Next up for the Stones is a month's vacation followed by a European tour scheduled to kick off May 29th in Stuttgart, Germany. Make-up dates for U.K. shows previously canceled due to tax issues are rescheduled for June.
