Flea Discusses Life With The Coen Brothers

July 22 [10:00 EDT] -- We know that journeyman bassist Flea can hold his own with the likes of Anthony Kiedis and Perry Farrell, but how does he hold up next to Steve Buscemi and Jeff Bridges?

As we reported Monday, Flea will turn up later this year with the actors in the latest effort from "Fargo" filmmakers Joel and Ethan Coen.

"They're really sweet guys, and they made it really easy for me cause I was kinda nervous," Flea told MTV News of his co-stars.

"I was acting with all these guys that are very experienced, seasoned actors: Jeff Bridges, John Goodman, Steve Buscemi. These guys are really good actors and I'm just a little greenhorn... Compared to those guys I'm a real green little rosebud, [1.1MB QuickTime] but they just made me feel really comfortable and they laughed at my jokes and everything."

You can see Flea's latest big screen adventure when "The Big Lebowski" hits

theaters this Christmas.

As we told you Monday, Flea is also set to join John Lurie to film a pilot for a show called "The Strip" for MTV.
