August 1 [7:55 EDT] -- Fresh from their typhoon-abbreviated set at Japan's Mt. Fuji Festival last weekend, the Red Hot Chili Peppers have rescheduled two concert dates that the band postponed after frontman Anthony Kiedis broke his wrist in a motorcycle accident.
The Peppers will now swing into Anchorage, Alaska on September 13 and hit Honolulu, Hawaii on September 16.
The band also announced plans to come to the mainland U.S. on September 11 with a date in Las Vegas.
The next stop though for the Chili Peppers will be the recording studio as the band plans to begin work on the follow-up to 1995's "One Hot Minute."
