Before jetting off to Asia and Australia for the next leg of their world tour, the ska-tinged rockers of No Doubt will step in front of the cameras Thursday night to shoot an episode of VH1's performance series "Storytellers.

The band will pull together 10 songs for its set list (though not all 10 will wind up on air) -- a daunting task, according to bassist Tony Kanal.

"We've been discussing it," Kanal told MTV Radio of the show. "Pretty soon we're going to have to sit down and talk about who's going to introduce what song and what kind of stories we are going to tell about each of these songs." [RealAudio]

Hopefully those details will be settled before the band shoots its "Storytellers" segment on Thursday near its So Cal stomping grounds. The show will air on VH1 in September.

that time, No Doubt will be gearing up for a tour of Asia, which kicks off in Seoul, South Korea, on September 28. The band will then play Japan, Malaysia, and Thailand before hitting Australia on October 16.
