Tommy, Pamela Lee Sue Website Over Sex Tape

November 12 [7:55 EDT] -- Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee and his wife Pamela Anderson Lee have sued the Seattle-based Internet Entertainment Group for its recent online distribution of a homemade video of the Lees having sex.

Tommy and Pam claim that the tape was stolen from their home, and that I.E.G. has no right to use their names and images for its own gain.

For its part in the battle, I.E.G. says that the Lees gave a copy of the tape to the "Howard Stern Show" before a recent appearance, so it's no longer private property. A source close to the show says they did indeed get the tape, but not from the Lees.

A judge has refused to grant Tommy and Pam's order to bar I.E.G. from showing the tape, but I.E.G. has agreed to pull the tape until the suit is settled
