Tommy Lee Speaks Out On Troubled Year, Loses Suit Against IEG

There have been better years than 1998 for Mötley Crüe's Tommy Lee, who served four months in prison after pleading no contest to felony spouse abuse charges after an altercation with his then wife Pamela Lee.

Earlier this week Pamela and he lost their $90 million lawsuit against IEG, the company who marketed their sex-drenched home video on the Internet and in video stores, and as Tommy Lee told MTV last month, those images were never meant to be seen by the public.

"I can just tell you personally," Lee said, "that that stuff was never meant to be seen. I mean, we're doing things that just about every married couple does, you know. Those were tapes of us on vacation and stuff, and it wasn't like we filmed some porno and went, 'Yeah let's put this out, we'll make a ton of money.' So, we're in serious litigation right now."
